40 year Specialty Contractor is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper to join our team!
Responsibilities :
✅ Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations
✅ Handle bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable / receivable and reconciliations
✅ Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and recordkeeping
✅ Provide support to management and staff as needed
Qualifications :
Previous experience in administrative support and bookkeeping
Proficient in Sage(Peachtree) and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
