Job Description

As the Director of Warehouse and Logistics you will develop and implement strategic plans to optimize warehouse and logistics operations. Oversee inventory management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock levels. Manage and lead warehouse and logistics teams to achieve performance goals. Analyze supply chain processes and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all logistics operations. Collaborate with internal departments to streamline distribution and delivery processes. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness. Negotiate and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and suppliers both domestically and globally.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director of Warehouse and Logistics should have : Proven experience in logistics and warehouse management within the CPG industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively. Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices. Experience with third party logistics providers domestically and globally. Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset. Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across departments and with external partners.
