What Youll Do

Greet and room patients, ensuring a warm and efficient visit experience

Reconcile medications and update medical records

Collect and process urine specimens and blood draws

Administer injections (Lupron, Firmagon, Testosterone, etc.)

Schedule surgeries, procedures, and diagnostic imaging

Obtain pre-authorizations for surgery and studies

Prepare and sterilize surgical trays and instruments

Return patient calls and assist with general office needs

Support providers and teammates to keep the day running smoothly

What Were Looking For

Proficient computer and EMR skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude

2-3 years of Medical Assisting experience preferred (but not required!)

Bilingual skills are a plus
