A company is looking for a Director of Retirement Sales Activation.

Key Responsibilities

Drive efficiency and scalability within implementation processes for onboarding

Lead and coach Sales Activation Managers to enhance onboarding quality and effectiveness

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and automate onboarding processes

Required Qualifications

13+ years of total experience with 5+ years in management in a SaaS environment

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding high volume metrics and quotas

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline

Experience in evolving and optimizing processes and tools

Strong people and performance management experience
