Site Manager Intern

What You'll Do

Learn by Doing : Shadow Site Managers and assist with daily operations, inspections, and resident interactions.

Support Operations : Help with maintenance requests, expenses, and reports.

Community Building : Contribute to creating a positive environment for residents.

Understand AOAO Guidelines : Gain education and knowledge related to the House Rules and By-Laws under the Association of Apartment Owners (AOAO).

Schedule and Compensation

Schedule : Flexible hours, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends.

Compensation : $20 per hour

Who You Are

Eager to Learn : Passionate about starting your career in business or facilities management.

Organized and Proactive : Ready to take on tasks with attention to detail.

Great Communicator : Comfortable working with team members, vendors, and residents.

Requirements : Enrolled in a business, hospitality, facilities management, or similar program. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. At least 18 years old.
