Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include :

• Design of fire alarm and fire suppression systems
• Review and development of life safety plans
• Life safety and building code consulting
• Collaboration with a variety of engineering and architectural disciplines
• Interface with local AHJs and building owner insurance representatives
• Development of site fire protection features and fire department access plans
• Communication with clients and writing technical reports
• Analysis of smoke management, means egress, and fire hazards
• Alternative means of compliance & Performance Based Design
