JOB OVERVIEW MartinFed has an opening for a Project Manager to join our team of talented and diverse individuals. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Responsible for developing and implementing assigned projects, serving as the main point of contact. Manages projects from concept to final implementation, interfacing with end users, computer services, and client services. Defines project scope and objectives, creates detailed work plans and schedules, and develops project estimates and resource plans. Conducts project meetings, tracks progress, and ensures adherence to quality standards. Integrates vendor tasks, tracks deliverables, and provides technical guidance to the team. Advises on Enterprise scale network initiatives, planning and implementing complex IT projects, and leading teams to achieve outcomes on schedule and within budget. Tracks project progress against goals, budgets, and timelines, identifying risks and leading constructability reviews. Gathers stakeholder requirements and reviews detailed documents. Collaborates across teams, communicates with stakeholders, and provides executive presentations.
QUALIFICATIONS : US Citizen with a Top Secret Clearance w / SCI Elgibility. Evidence of strong project management experience. Ability to work in and foster a fast-paced collaborative work environment. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills. Experience collaborating with different teams across a large and diverse environment.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor's Degree, 5 years experience leading Enterprise-scale network initiatives, including planning, managing, and implementing complex Enterprise IT into construction and renovation projects, as well as major Enterprise upgrades. Experience managing projects utilizing the SAFe Agile and Tailored Waterfall project management methodology. Experience tracking the progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and approved timelines, and reporting status and variances. Experience identifying complex project risks, leading constructability reviews in relation to Enterprise IT
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS Inside office environment. Working on a computer for long periods of time. May involve long period of sitting at a desk. The work environment is fast-paced and sometimes involves extreme deadline pressures.
