A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to drive predictable revenue growth across sales, marketing, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze revenue data and GTM metrics to identify trends and actionable insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement repeatable revenue processes
Own CRM and related GTM tech stack to ensure data accuracy and system reliability
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in revenue operations and / or sales operations, preferably in a healthcare SaaS start-up
Proven experience scaling GTM systems and operations in high-growth organizations
Strong analytical background with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Deep knowledge of CRM software, specifically Hubspot, and proficiency in data analysis tools
Experience in designing and executing data-driven go-to-market strategies
