Financial Analyst (Contract-to-Hire) | Mayfield Heights, OH | Up to $26 / hr

LHH is partnering with a leading organization near Mayfield Heights, OH to find a Financial Analyst who’s ready to bring energy, insight, and innovation to the team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential—and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to hit the ground running.

About the Role :

As a Financial Analyst, you’ll be a key player in driving financial clarity and consistency. You’ll take ownership of the General Ledger (G / L) , support KPI development, and help integrate reporting tools that align with strategic goals. This is a high-impact role with visibility across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the General Ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and chart of accounts
• Define and standardize key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support the integration of Intellidash (or similar tools) with the G / L
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, AP / AR, and Customer Care teams
• Ensure financial reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with business objectives

Pay Details : $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
