This company repairs and services windows for commercial and military planes. In this role, you’ll be working in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment, helping to repair and overhaul cockpit windows- a crucial part of aircraft safety and operational readiness. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering full benefits, 401(k) with match and quarterly bonuses upon hire!

Entry Level Window Mechanic Duties :

Repair and overhaul cockpit windows

Use hand tools and pneumatic tools

Read technical manuals, drawings, and maintenance documentation

Perform visual inspections and quality checks of parts

Maintain accurate repair records and documentation

Schedule :

Monday through Friday

Day Shift : 5am-1 : 30pm

Swing Shift : 1 : 15pm-9 : 45pm

Pay :  $25 per hour

Entry Level Window Mechanic Requirements :

High School Diploma or GED

At least 1 year of assembly line experience

Comfort with basic math

Basic computer skills and ability to learn MS Excel and ERP systems
