Shift: Evening Shift (11:00 AM - 7:30 PM)

Job Description

Elitecare Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel Endoscopy Technician for a contract position in Hanford, California. This role is essential for providing high-quality support in the endoscopy unit, ensuring patient safety and comfort during procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with endoscopic procedures, including preparation of equipment and instruments.
• Maintain a sterile environment and ensure proper handling of endoscopic tools.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and comfort during procedures.
• Prepare patients for endoscopic examinations and educate them about the procedure.
• Clean, sterilize, and maintain endoscopic equipment according to hospital protocols.
• Document all relevant information related to the procedures accurately.

Requirements

• Current certification as an Endoscopy Technician or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an endoscopy or related clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of endoscopic procedures and equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
