Job Details
As a Technical Delivery Manager, you’ll provide hands‑on leadership to teams delivering modern data and analytics solutions for enterprise clients. You’ll guide architects and engineers through implementation and ongoing operations, ensuring high‑quality results and exceptional client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate distributed technical teams designing, implementing, and supporting cloud‑based data platforms (data lakes, pipelines, analytics, streaming, etc.).
Oversee delivery quality, timelines, and budgets across multiple customer engagements.
Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders—building strong relationships and identifying new opportunities to deliver value.
Collaborate with engineering and architecture leads to prioritize epics, stories, and tasks that enhance client platforms.
Mentor team members, promote best practices, and drive continuous process improvement.
Manage staffing across U.S. and international teams to ensure 24 / 7 coverage and smooth project handoffs.
Actively participate in incident management and escalation processes.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technical delivery, architecture, or project management for data or cloud environments.
Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with modern data stack tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, Matillion).
Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with director‑ and VP‑level audiences.
Passion for mentoring, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement.
Flexibility to collaborate across time zones and occasional travel for key client or team meetings.
