Architect Contract

Geo4 Dynamics is deploying a revolutionary technology that up-cycles waste streams through molecular recycling into usable products such as heat, steam, and water. Our mission is to provide environmentally friendly and cost-effective alternatives to traditional municipal solid waste (MSW) processing methods, including landfilling and incineration.

• Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed

• Architect
• registered in South Carolina to support the design and oversight of facilities associated with our projects. The Architect will ensure that all design elements comply with SC building codes and regulations, with a focus on functionality, efficiency, and sustainability.

The Architect would report directly to the VP of engineering Operations and would work in a small team with a variety of engineering skill sets with plans to grow rapidly.

• Primary Responsibilities
• Develop design plans and construction documents that meet SC building code requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors on facility layouts and structures.
• Ensure architectural design aligns with sustainability and safety goals.
• Conduct site visits in Cherokee County and other SC locations to oversee compliance and progress.
• Review and approve materials, finishes, and design changes.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Licensed Architect registered in the State of South Carolina (required).
• Strong knowledge of SC building codes and permitting processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
• Experience in industrial or waste management facility design preferred.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Education

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or Bachelor of Science in Architecture (required).

Master of Architecture (M.Arch) preferred.
