We are a dynamic 4-person team split between Poland and San Francisco recently raising $4M from top-tier investors including Gradient Ventures Lightspeed The Legaltech Fund Y Combinator and Pear VC. Were in an exciting growth phase planning to hire approximately 3 more team members in the next 6 months.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Founding Full-Stack Engineer to join our team at TruthSystems. As a founding member of our engineering team you will play a critical role in shaping our product technology stack and engineering culture. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact in a fast-growing company.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and deploy full-stack web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features
• Write clean maintainable and efficient code following best practices
• Ensure the scalability and performance of applications through optimization and testing
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our tech stack
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve technical issues
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy
