Description :

As a member of an interdisciplinary team, this role provides quality occupational therapy services.

Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluation, program planning, and administration of treatment to all patients.

The position involves performing detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral.

You will develop comprehensive plans of care based on findings following occupational therapy evaluation.

Accurate and appropriate documentation of patient treatment is essential.

Responding effectively to new and changing work assignments is a must.
