• What You’ll Do

As a Commercial Superintendent, you will be the boots on the ground for our multifamily construction projects. Daily responsibilities include :

• Manage day-to-day
• on-site operations
• for large-scale multifamily construction projects
• Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners to ensure
• schedule, budget, and quality

• Coordinate

• and proactively resolve job site issues
• Conduct regular site meetings, walkthroughs, and quality assurance inspections
• Maintain OSHA compliance and enforce all job site

• Collaborate with project managers, inspectors, clients, and city officials
• Ensure construction is performed to

• Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• in
• multifamily or commercial construction supervision
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)
• Proven ability to manage job site schedules, subcontractors, and budgets
• Strong knowledge of
• building codes, safety regulations, and quality control
• practices
• Experience with construction software and job tracking systems
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
• Self-driven, organized, and dependable with a strong sense of urgency
• Valid driver’s license

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
