Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based speech-language pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to support elementary-aged students across two buildings. This contract role provides an excellent chance to make a meaningful impact on young learners in need of speech and language services, working part-time with a manageable caseload.

Location : Washougal, WA (Elementary School Setting)

Duration : August 26, 2025 April 10, 2026

Schedule : 20 hours per week, Wednesdays and Fridays

Caseload : 20 elementary students

Assignment Type : Contract (Non-School Year specified)

Qualifications :

  • Active Washington State SLP license required
  • Experience providing speech and language therapy to elementary students
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage services across two school buildings

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver individualized speech-language therapy services based on student IEP goals
  • Conduct assessments, track progress, and collaborate with educators and families
  • Manage therapy schedules and caseload across two elementary school locations
  • Maintain accurate documentation following regulatory and district guidelines
