In this role, you will lead the full lifecycle of hardware installation projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee schedules and budgets, and act as the key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. This is a hands-on, client-facing position that blends strong project management capabilities with a solid technical foundation. You will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely project delivery in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Up to 70% travel is required.

Accountabilities

• Oversee all phases of product or service installation projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring successful client outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, engineering, and field service to align schedules, resources, and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation to ensure milestones are met and compliance standards are upheld.
• Conduct site visits, monitor client facility readiness, and coordinate logistics for equipment shipment and installation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and resolving issues proactively.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, FAQs, and best practices to improve internal processes and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor and train other project managers, contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence across teams.
