Job Title: Test & Evaluation Lab Technician
Location: Berkeley, Missouri (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking candidates who will play a hands-on role supporting test activities for complex products and systems. Our team relies on detail-oriented professionals to ensure all test preparations, execution, and documentation meet high quality and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Independently build harnesses, cables, electrical chassis, hubs, and electronics racks as required by ongoing projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and document tests on various products, systems, components, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Conduct test system integration, fabrication, modification, setup, and teardown activities while maintaining strong documentation practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve laboratory and test-related issues, as well as coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.

Experience/Minimum Requirements:

• Five (5) years’ experience building electrical products in a hands-on environment.
• Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically three years or more of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor plus one year related experience, five years related work experience, etc.).
• Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment; candidates must demonstrate the ability to follow both on-the-job and formal classroom training procedures.
• Capable of performing work requiring fine motor skills and some occasional lifting (less than 20 lbs.), with regular and predictable attendance required.
