Role Summary

As a Digital Delivery Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the bank's digital strategy and operations. Working with the Digital Center of Excellence team, you'll learn how large-scale digital programs are developed, tracked, and optimized to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This internship offers an opportunity to build skills in digital strategy, project management, and data analysis in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities

Coordinate digital projects and initiatives that support the bank's strategic objectives.

Track and document digital program performance, ensuring timely progress and smooth execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Digital Strategy, Risk, Finance, and Vendor Management.

Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and digital operations.

Organize key program materials including timelines, policies, and workflow documentation.

Research digital banking trends, competitive insights, and emerging technologies.

Participate in team meetings to learn project management and digital governance practices.

Analyze data and reports to assess program effectiveness and potential improvement areas.

Education & Experience

Required :

Current enrollment in a degree program (sophomore, junior, or senior standing) in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Curiosity and enthusiasm for digital tools, systems, and technology-driven solutions.

Preferred :

Experience with project tracking or collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).

Exposure to data analysis, business process mapping, or digital program management concepts.
