Position Title : Wound Care Clinical Supervisor (Dermatology)

Education : RN, PA, NP

Salary Range : $95,000 - $120,000 annually

Employment Type : Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Location : Lafayette, Boulder, Brighton

Position Overview

The Wound Care Clinical Supervisor (Dermatology) is responsible for the oversight of clinical operations, ensuring

adherence to established standards of care, regulatory requirements, and organizational

protocols. This position requires an advanced clinical degree (RN, PA, or NP) and demonstrated

proficiency in, or a willingness to learn, wound care, patient triage and pathology reporting.

Working with the Clinic Coordinator, the Clinical Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring

hiring, training, and supervising medical assistants, supporting quality initiatives, and

maintaining a culture of clinical excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership : Direct and supervise daily clinical operations to ensure the

consistent delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.
