Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, implement, and evaluate patient care in a collaborative healthcare environment. Under the direction of a licensed physician, the RN will utilize the nursing process to individualize patient care, ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided to assigned patients.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare team members to develop and modify care plans.
  • Direct nursing support staff in the implementation of patient care.
  • Maintain knowledge of current nursing principles, theories, and practices.
  • Comply with administrative and departmental policies and procedures.

    • Qualifications

  • Education : Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
  • Experience : Minimum of 1 year experience in a clinical specialty area (preferred).
  • Licenses : Valid PA Registered Nurse License (required).
  • Certifications : Basic Life Support certification (required).
