Physical Therapist

Salt Lake City, UT Metro

Position Highlights

Leadership Track - Clear path to becoming Clinic Director with leadership development support
Outpatient Orthopedic Focus - Work with active patients in a collaborative, evidence-based setting
Balanced Schedule - Monday-Friday hours with just one late day weekly
Engaging Environment - Treat 17-20 patients / day in a modern clinic with open-gym and private treatment rooms

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary - $90,000-$110,000 based on experience

Future Profit Sharing - Available for Clinic Director candidates

Qualifications

Licensure - Licensed Physical Therapist in Utah (or eligible)

Experience - At least 3 years in outpatient orthopedics preferred

Leadership Skills - Strong interest in clinic management and team development

Patient-Focused - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
