What We’re Looking For :

High school diploma or GED (required)

Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience (training available)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Tech-savvy with Outlook, Word, Excel, and social media experience

Weekend availability (Saturdays are essential)

Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.

Bilingual skills a plus, but not required

Your Role :

Welcome prospects and residents, show apartments, and process leases

Collect deposits and assist residents throughout the leasing process

Maintain accurate property and resident records

Build relationships with local businesses to promote the community

Keep model apartments and units tour-ready

Conduct property inspections and respond to resident inquiries

Follow Fair Housing laws and company policies
