Your Role :
As a Neurosurgery Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional, patient-centered care in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include :
Conducting thorough assessments of patients during admissions and throughout shifts, identifying changes in health status promptly.Administering medications and monitoring for responses, taking necessary action for any adverse reactions.Performing medical procedures and ensuring accurate documentation in patients' medical records.Educating patients and families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications in understandable terms.Acting as an advocate for patients, ensuring their needs are met and promoting positive clinical outcomes.Qualifications :
