Credentialing : 90 days

Minimum Requirements

Board Certified / Board Eligible : Must be BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ABEM, AOBEM, ABFM, ABIM accepted; ABPS not accepted)

Certifications : ATLS, ACLS, PALS

Licensure : Active Tennessee license required
