Noor has partnered with a leading commercial real estate firm in the Greater Houston area.
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all marketing activities related to their real estate developments, master-planned communities, and investor relations. You will have the opportunity to shape their brand’s presence across various print, social media, and online platforms while also assisting with event planning / management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote real estate developments and their existing portfolio
- Create and manage content for print materials, social media platforms, and our website.
- Organize and oversee marketing events and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the owner and other team members to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
