Job Summary :

Achieves staffing objectives by sourcing screening and delivering qualified diverse applicants under occasional guidance. Determines most effective sourcing method and identifies creative strategies to attract talent.

Previous healthcare sourcing experience required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Source external passive candidates using various resources and / or creative methods.

Source candidates by creating search strategies and identifying potential talent from candidate database.

Post positions via internet; run advertisements; organize and attend job fairs; review employee referrals; social media etc.

Determine most effective sourcing method and identify creative strategies to attract talent.

Conduct phone screens to pre-qualify all candidates for interview consideration.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES

Documentation (Intermediate) : Ensure that all documentation is complete accurate thorough and compliant.

Networking (Intermediate) : Build relationships through industry contacts professional organizations and individuals.

Recruiting Needs Assessment (Intermediate) : Determine specific staffing needs including overall experience competency and education needs and requirements.

Interviewing (Intermediate) : Gather information for purposes of recruitment customer requirements business needs and other subjects.
