Seeking an Associate Portfolio Management within our Global Infrastructure - Distributed Infrastructure & Data Services organization. You will support tracking and reporting on the portfolio health and ensure that the portfolio data is accurately maintained and aligned with financial and resource targets. You will build relationships and work across multiple hosting channels to track cost and provide financial reporting that assists leadership in decision making. Influence and collaborate with Technology Partners and Directors to identify areas of opportunity and risk to our budgets and programs.
Responsibilities :
- Utilizes reporting tools to monitor and track portfolio performance against cost, budget and forecast, ensuring accurate and timely reporting that supports decision-making processes
- Supports IT labor contractor resource onboarding, offboarding and changes across the organization
- Works alongside the Finance organization to perform monthly financial tasks (accruals / reclasses, etc.), reconciles costs and manages the risks and opportunities to deliver to plan
- Assist with the compilation of portfolio-level status reporting
- Works across Infrastructure teams to ensure proper financial reporting
- Contributes to the reconciliation of portfolio funding and forecasts to ensure financial accuracy, identifying and addressing any discrepancies to maintain budget alignment
- Provides administrative support to portfolio management resources for system updates and maintenance, ensuring data consistency and reliability
Qualifications :
Up to two years of experience with portfolio financials, reporting and / or data analyticsPossess relationship building and strong communication skillsRequires financial acumen in terms of supporting the organizational financial operating principlesAbility to handle ambiguity, multiple tasks, shifting priorities and set schedule to meet deliverablesAbility to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a teamShows a genuine personal dedication to successfully completing all projects with an ability to learn rapidly and adapt quickly to changing situationsRequires advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of PowerPoint and WordTypically possesses Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or other related field (or has the equivalent work experience), advanced degrees a plusKnowledge of financial management tools and principles, Data Analytics and Financial ModelingSalary Range : $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually bonus benefits
