Administrative Assistant
Administrative Assistant supporting the AMMM Program Office. Executive administration duties consist of, but are not limited to, creation of presentations, scheduling meetings (in person, skype, zoom and teams), managing internal and external commitments, coordinating travel arrangements, coordinating executive / VIP visits, supporting PM Directors, supporting other AMMM and Marietta site administrative assistants, and other coordination activities as assigned. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as external customers and suppliers. In addition, the candidate will maintain calendars, make travel arrangements, prepare & submit expense reports, submitting catering requests, order office supplies and maintain office equipment. This position involves considerable use of tact, initiative, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment in performing daily activities. The desired candidate will be detail oriented, organized, and flexible.
Basic Qualifications : Experience with Microsoft Suite - Outlook (specifically Outlook calendar management), Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point. Experience in managing e-mails, calendars, and schedules. Experience in business travel planning and expense reporting.
Desired Skills : Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Familiarity with Lockheed Martin policies and procedures, expense reporting, time keeping system, virtual meeting processes and policies Bachelor's or Associate's Degree Experience working with executive-level leadership and external customers.
Ability to Work Remotely : Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
