Senior Business Analyst, Insurance Policy

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst, Insurance Policy.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand business goals and technical constraints related to the Insurance Policy module

Lead the documentation of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories

Analyze and optimize internal user workflows to enhance efficiency in policy sales and servicing processes

Required Qualifications

Strong experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance industry

Knowledge of the personal auto insurance policy lifecycle and policy administration platforms

Experience supporting large-scale policy or core systems modernization efforts

Familiarity with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
