About the Role

What You’ll Do

As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for callers seeking assistance with transportation services. Your day will be split between handling calls and performing administrative tasks. Responsibilities include :

• Answering inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
• Scheduling trips and verifying eligibility for transportation services
• Processing picture IDs and handling customer requests
• Performing clerical duties such as faxing, data entry, and documentation
• Supporting ADA Core Services and other disability-based programs
• Providing receptionist coverage and managing office supplies and equipment
• Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and maintaining confidentiality

What We’re Looking For

✅ 1+ year of call center experience required

✅ Strong communication and organizational skills

✅ Ability to multitask and work independently

✅ Comfortable with data entry and administrative support

✅ Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00 / hr.
