• Start Date : 12 / 1
• Duration : 13 weeks
• Shift : Nights, 7 : 00pm-7 : 30am
• Schedule : Every other weekend required
• Floating : Required (rarely; may occasionally float to ICU for Med Surg overflow or Stepdown patients)
• On Call : Not required Requirements :
• Minimum 1 year of Med Surg experience
• Active LPN / LVN license in good standing
• BLS and IV certification required
• ACLS preferred Scope of Role : The Med Surg LPN / LVN provides delegated aspects of direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include physical assessments, ADLs, medication administration, IV therapy, patient education, and documentation. The LPN / LVN uses critical thinking and clinical judgment to support safe, effective care delivery and provides direction and supervision to assigned personnel. Facility Information :
