About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources Administrator while also assisting with basic accounting tasks.
This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and has a foundational understanding of bookkeeping or accounting.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources Support Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Coordinate scheduling for interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
Support HR compliance activities (documentation, reporting, and policy updates).
Help organize employee engagement initiatives.
Basic Accounting Support Assist with data entry of invoices, expense reports, and payroll records.
Reconcile basic transactions.
Qualifications Previous experience in HR, office administration, or accounting support (preferred, but not required).
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting software (preferred, but not required).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
