Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Cedar Park Med is recruiting dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are ready to provide quality patient care and join a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities :

• Demonstrate knowledge of principles of growth and development to assess and interpret data for identifying age-specific needs.
• Provide leadership and coordination of quality patient care, fostering therapeutic relationships and active treatment.
• Administer medications and oversee the medication room, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations.
• Maintain a therapeutic environment and carry out nursing care recommendations and orders.
• Serve as a shift leader when assigned, making work assignments for direct care staff and providing oversight to subordinate nursing staff.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide care / treatment as ordered by medical staff.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring adherence to hospital or facility protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned within the Nursing Department.
