Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical issues on industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems, motors, controls, and associated components up to 480 volts.
• Interpret and work from electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical conduit runs and construct electrical cabinets.
• Execute repairs and maintenance on induction furnaces, mold units, hydraulic systems, and overhead cranes (electrical and mechanical).
• Conduct thorough electrical testing procedures including Megging motors, testing sensors, and wiring 3-phase motors.
• Utilize PLC systems (e.g., Allen Bradley Rockwell Software, RS Logix, RS Linx) for troubleshooting and system optimization.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and proper PPE usage.
