Key responsibilities will include :

• Review disbursement documentation to ensure accuracy of payments and that payees listed on invoices match those on the Closing Disclosure or Settlement Statement.
• Process and disburse checks and wires in accordance with lender closing instructions and internal procedures.
• Verify completeness of executed documents, especially notarizations and signatures, Assist in preparing title insurance policies for issuance, ensuring all financial data aligns with final closing figures.
• Utilize closing software systems (such as SoftPro) to manage the financial lifecycle of real estate transactions. from a compliance and funding perspective.
• Support attorneys and paralegals with financial aspects of closings, including final balancing and ledger reviews.
