Job Title : Concrete Finisher

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team in Greensburg, PA. The role involves working on the first shift from Monday to Friday, 6 : 30 AM to 3 : 00 PM. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be an integral part of our commercial construction projects, ensuring high-quality concrete finishes that meet our clients' specifications.

Responsibilities

• Grade, set up, pour, and finish concrete surfaces, including floors, sidewalks, curbs, and stairs.
• Use skid steers, shovels, and rakes to grade to proper elevations, checking heights using lasers and string lines.
• Construct and position wooden forms to hold concrete at the correct depth and alignment.
• Install expansion joints, rebar, and wire mesh as required.
• Monitor site conditions, ground temperature, air temperature, and humidity levels to adjust mix designs for proper set times.
• Spread and level concrete using rakes, shovels, hand or power trowels, hand or power screeds, and floats.
• Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures into poured concrete before it hardens.
• Finish surfaces to achieve the final product as specified using brooms, hand tools, power trowels, and riding trowels.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 / hr.
