In-House Dental Recruiter

Company : Bedi Dental Group

Location : Sterling, MA

Compensation :

Base Salary : $55,000-$65,000

Bonus : Performance-based bonus for each successfully closed role; total annual compensation expected between $80,000-$85,000 with bonuses

Bonus Structure : Varies based on the source of the candidate (direct vs. referred or sourced)

About the Role

Bedi Dental Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented In-House Dental Recruiter to join our growing team based in Sterling, MA. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of recruitment across multiple dental practices, including sourcing, screening, offer letter creation, and onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have prior recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for clinical, administrative, and operational positions across Bedi Dental Group practices

Manage and maintain the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance

Draft, update, and post job descriptions for open positions

Create and issue offer letters and ensure all new hire documentation is complete and compliant

Develop and execute candidate sourcing strategies through job boards, referrals, and professional networks

Manage and coordinate third-party recruiter relationships to align with hiring goals and control recruiting costs

Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness

Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience

Assist with HR and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

2-3 years of recruiting experience , preferably within dental or healthcare settings

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Proficiency in ATS systems and candidate tracking tools

Ability to collaborate effectively with practice managers and leadership teams

Knowledge of HR compliance and best practices preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : $55,000-$65,000

Bonus Opportunity : Uncapped bonus structure with total compensation potential between $80,000-$85,000

Bonus Variation : Based on source of candidate (directly sourced vs. third-party)
