Project Manager

Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans. Oversee site operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders. Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain progress and efficiency. Lead and motivate project teams to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment. Ensure adherence to local construction codes and regulations.

A successful Project Manager should have : Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management principles. 3+ years experience managing commercial / multifamily construction. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively. Familiarity with local construction codes and regulations.
