Technology - Cyber Security – Identity & Access Management (IAM) (Senior Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1635273)

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple projects to help clients gain insight and context into their complex IAM environments.
  • Assess, improve, and build infrastructure, processes and policies to meet the client’s IAM needs.
  • Oversee projects to align security management strategy with business goals by managing access to resources and enforcing business, privacy, and security policies.
  • Lead projects or elements of multiple client engagements across IAM teams to assess and deliver foundational components of services, including current state assessments, application access assessments, capability maturity and benchmarking assessments and IAM data analytics.
  • Develop IAM strategy and roadmaps covering operating model and governance, policies, procedures and standards; transformation design and architecture; process design and re-engineering; cloud and mobile apps access management; access enforcement implementation; access administration implementation; and elevated access management.
  • Support the identity and access governance team with IAM program management assistance and privileged access management, roles and rules management, SOD management and other IAM activities.
  • Apply knowledge of current IT environments and industry trends to identify engagement and client service issues and communicate findings to the engagement team and client management.
  • Lead and direct teams of professionals, providing constructive on-the-job feedback and coaching; develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
  • Manage risk in delivering quality client services; generate and manage new business opportunities; contribute to practice development through innovation, process improvement and staff development.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and 8 years of consulting experience in Cyber Security and / or IAM (5 years progressive post-baccalaureate). Alternatively, a Master’s degree in these fields with 7 years of consulting experience in Cyber Security and / or IAM.
  • 5 years of experience implementing or operating one or more of the following : Saviynt, SailPoint IIQ or IDN, Oracle Identity Governance, One Identity, or other identity lifecycle management or RBAC solutions.
  • Experience with directory services products such as Radiant Logic or Virtual Directory.
  • Experience with Azure AD, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, OKTA, or other SSO, MFA and federation solutions.
  • Experience with Privileged Access Management solutions such as BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Thycotic, Centrify, Hashicorp, or similar.
  • 3 years of experience defining or re-engineering IAM-related processes (incident, change, and configuration management).
  • 3 years of experience with SAML, SCIM, OAuth, or other IAM integration APIs.
  • 3 years of experience in RBAC, PBAC, SOD, or risk-based access controls.
  • 5 years of experience responding to RFPs and developing accelerators / new capabilities.
  • 5 years of experience presenting to executive-level client stakeholders and managing teams of Cyber Security advisory / consulting professionals.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80%, including up to 20% international travel.
