Position Overview

Soliant is seeking a Bilingual Early Childhood Special Education Teacher for a full-time, onsite role in Longmont, CO for the 2025/2026 school year. The teacher will support preschool-aged learners through targeted instruction, early intervention strategies, and bilingual communication with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized early childhood instruction for students with developmental delays

• Use bilingual communication to support families and enhance homeschool collaboration

• Develop and implement IFSPs/IEPs in alignment with Colorado guidelines

• Collaborate with early childhood teams, related service providers, and administrators

• Monitor and document developmental and academic progress

• Maintain an engaging, nurturing, and structured early learning environment

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Special Education License required

• Early childhood SPED experience preferred

• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish required)

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
