Aerospace And Defense Sales Representative

Belcan is seeking a regional sales representative to lead growth across our aerospace and defense verticals in the united states. This individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding strategic customer relationships within key industrial sectors. The ideal candidate brings a mix of technical service sales experience, strong customer relationship building, and a deep understanding of engineering services.

Key responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate target accounts and expand existing customer relationships while increasing market share and driving ambitious revenue growth.
• Build and manage a strategic pipeline of opportunities related to the aerospace and defense industry.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships and teaming arrangements to enhance competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment with customer needs and successful implementation.
• Track and manage sales pipeline, forecast revenue accurately, and consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Own and grow a defined territory by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing business that aligns with Belcan's engineering service offerings.
• Conduct customer discovery meetings and present solutions tailored to client needs in engineering, production, and operations environments.
• Collaborate with internal delivery, technical, and executive teams to scope, price, and present value-driven proposals.
• Represent Belcan at industry events, supplier summits, and professional networking venues.
• Maintain visibility into regional market trends, customer requirements, and competitor positioning to support market planning and solution development.
