We are seeking a temp / contract Packaging Designer to join a dynamic and collaborative packaging design team supporting multiple well-established consumer brands in the toys industry. This is an exciting opportunity to design innovative, eye-catching, and functional packaging that stands out on shelves and resonates with diverse target markets. You'll influence all consumer-facing design initiatives in the packaging department for designated brands, making a meaningful impact on product perception and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop innovative packaging systems, both structural and graphical
• Conceptualize ideas and translate them into detailed sketches, prototypes, and digital designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and global partners to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Create and modify packaging die line templates
• Prepare high-quality mock-ups and design submissions for internal and licensor approvals
• Stay updated with current packaging and toy industry trends to inform design choices
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for ongoing and upcoming projects
• Ensure packaging meets brand standards, compliance, and manufacturing guidelines
