Job Description for LPN

• Extra $3.40 / hour Hero Pay on top of Hourly Pay
• 39 Bed Facility
• LPN will assess, evaluate, and provide direct care / related services for residents in accordance with their care plan
• Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants
