About The Position

Job Title : Electrophysiology Technician

Profession : Radiology / Cardiology

Duration : 13 or 26 Weeks

Shift : Day 4x10-Hour

Hours per Shift : 10

Experience : Minimum of 2 years

License : Valid state license required

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, ARRT (R) or RCESS

Must-Have :

Willing to train a strong Cath Lab Tech clinician to work in Electrophysiology.

First-timers accepted.

On-call required : Yes, 3 nights per week (no weekends) for 2 hours per night.

Candidate must be at least 50 miles away from the facility.

Only 1 time-off request is allowed per 13-week assignment.

Traveler can be called off for 1, 10-hour shift per 2 weeks.

Description :

We are seeking an Electrophysiology Technician to join our team.

The technician will perform essential duties in the Electrophysiology lab.

The position may involve floating to other departments to meet facility needs.

Candidates will be required to provide accurate monitoring and assist with procedures.

Experience with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations is preferred.

Skills in cardiac ablation, electrophysiology evaluations, and device implants are essential.

Additional skills such as hemodynamic monitoring and recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias are required.

Candidates should possess effective communication skills and work well within a team.

Flexibility in scheduling, including being on-call during specified nights, is necessary.
