SaaS Security Customer Engineer

A company is looking for a Customer Engineer specializing in SaaS security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Guide customers through the implementation of Microsoft Purview solutions for data governance and compliance

Configure and secure collaboration tools such as Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint

Lead technical sessions on data residency, external sharing governance, and compliance readiness

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in SaaS security, compliance, or collaboration tool administration, preferably with Microsoft 365

Hands-on experience deploying Microsoft Purview and M365 compliance / security capabilities

Ability to translate compliance requirements into actionable technical implementations

Experience working with IT, InfoSec, and legal / regulatory teams

Comfort in leading technical workshops and compliance assessments
