Job descriptionProvide tax expertise, including hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for clients. Be a proactive community ambassador, cultivating a robust customer base and representing the organization in the local community. Educate and communicate confidently, enthusiastically representing the organization and demystifying taxes. Build relationships, connecting with people and demonstrating understanding and sensitivity to their financial concerns. Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, professionalism, and genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals. Possess active, unrestricted credentials : EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws. Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes. Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230. Willing and available to work a static weekly schedule with a minimum of 24 hours per week at a local location. Passionate about empowering customers and helping them overcome the complexities of taxation. Entrepreneurial and self-driven with a business ownership mindset to grow your customer portfolio. Exceptional customer service skills, high empathy, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently while managing multiple priorities. Must reside within the United States. Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

- Work on-site from a local location, serving customers both in-person and virtually using professional tax software.
- Leverage tax expertise to provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software / product support.
- Demonstrate understanding of each customer's unique situation and connect with them on a personal level.
