ROLE SUMMARY

Supervises the Loan Operations Department, which includes the following :

• Loan Customer Service
• Loan File Management
• Responsible for Review of all Loan File Maintenance and New Loan Boarding
• Ensures accurate and timely servicing of the Bank's Loan Portfolio.
• Ensures that Loan Service activities are completed in compliance with applicable government regulations and bank policy.
• Provides supervision and training to Department staff.
• Ensures quality customer relations and service.
