About The Position

• Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts, 40 hours per week
• 30 units weekly productivity expectation
• Home health / adult care setting
• 2 years physical therapy assistant experience required
• 1 year home health care experience required
• 1 year experience with Homecare Homebase required
• 1 year experience with OASIS required
• Current CPR certification required
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
